【 Detection steps 】 Principle: Polyphenols in the product can form purple blue complexes with ferrous ions. Measure its content using spectrophotometry. Preparation of test solution: Weigh 0.1g (accurate to 0.0001g) of the sample in a small beaker, dissolve and transfer to a 100ml volumetric flask, and dilute to the mark with distilled water. Measurement: Accurately extract 1ml of the above test solution, inject it into a 25ml volumetric flask, add 4ml of water and 5ml of ferrous tartrate solution, and mix thoroughly. Add pH 7.5 buffer solution to the mark, use a 10mm colorimetric dish, and measure the absorbance (A) at a wavelength of 540nm with the reagent blank solution as a reference. Result calculation: Tea polyphenol content (%)=A × 1.44 × 2 × 100/M% (where: M - mass of sample; A - absorbance of the sample)
